With easy-to-follow videos and a day-by-day stretching schedule, this is an excellent tool for people looking to increase their flexibility. This course is specifically designed to aid in your at-home stretching. Along with the classes and videos, this membership includes great stretching guides, nutrition resources and tips perfect for every stretch student, regardless of your level!

If you have stiff hamstrings, tight hips, or a locked-up spine, the Science of Stretching® approach to flexibility training can effectively and systematically create more space in the body you live in.

​This system is taught to students of all levels, including complete beginners and students with injuries. The goal is to re-establish basic range of motion (ROM), not to learn contortion or pretzel poses. The benefits of a long, limber body go way beyond yoga poses: flexibility improves your posture, reduces pain, reduces the chances of injury and allows you to move like a younger version of yourself

  • Personal Purpose-Setting Session. 

    • This is a 1:1 call with Marcella to assess your flexibility objectives and establish a deeper connection to it in order to guarantee progress.

  • Twelve Weekly LIVE Virtual Classes.​​

    • Members will access LIVE Stretch classes every Monday at 7:00AM - 8:00AM EST for 12 weeks via Zoom.

  • Virtual Class Video Recording.

    • All members will have access to the LIVE class video recording.

  • 5-Day Stretch Routine Videos.

    • Members will have access to five (5) 15-minute videos, each targeting a different part of your body for each day of the week.

  • Private Facebook Group

    • Membership comes with access to our private Facebook community where you will receive check-ins and the accountability you need to reach your fitness goals.

  • Food and Flexibility Nutrition Guide 

    • Members ​will receive the full Food and Flexibility Nutrition Guide which includes details about flexibility-enhancing foods and supplements that get you limber in no time.

  • Mindset Resources

    • Membership includes resources to develop the behavior to build your fitness legacy.
